I replaced the carbon magnet like bandsaw bearing blade guides with these cast aluminium alloy guides. You can tell the quality immediately when you hold it in your hands. It greatly improved the quality and the accuracy of my cutting, and the bandsaw seems to be quieter, as it vibrates less than before. I additionally replaced the set / grub screws with the hard plastic knob screws, and it further sped up the bandsaw setup. I also noticed these blade guides are not only the best I’ve seen on the market, they are also much cheaper comparing to the prices I found on the popular platforms. I highly recommend these guides for any bandsaw with 10 mm mounting bolt / shaft.
